Privacy Policy

The contact form collects the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company if supplied, reason for contacting Will, and your message.

The form does not request a phone number, mailing address, salary information, or other sensitive personal information.

Contact submissions are used to respond to inquiries and maintain a professional record of correspondence. Submissions are delivered to Will by email and stored in a private website database.

Submission records are kept only as long as they remain reasonably useful for responding to the inquiry, maintaining professional records, or protecting the site from abuse. No fixed retention period is currently promised.

The form uses a hidden honeypot field, session-based request validation, and rate limiting. A one-way hash derived from the sender’s IP address may be stored temporarily for rate limiting. The site does not need to store the readable IP address for this purpose.

Google Analytics may be enabled after a measurement ID is configured. Analytics remains off unless a visitor allows it through the site’s analytics choice.

When allowed, analytics may collect pages viewed, website interactions, device and browser information, referral information, and approximate geographic information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage. You can decline analytics when prompted or change the site’s stored choice by clearing site data in your browser.

Personal information is not sold. Contact information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, deliver messages, store submissions, or provide analytics when allowed.

This site links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn and DadJogger. Those sites operate under their own privacy practices.

Use the contact form to ask a privacy question or request that a contact submission be reviewed or deleted.
